Once ticket issued on payment of online/Cash. It can not be cancelled and the amounts against the ticket shall not be refunded within 24 hours of the schedule departure of the bus. The company shall not be responsible if the passenger miss the bus.

The company will not be responsible for any loss of goods or accidents of the passenger.

Any dispute shall be subject to Bhubaneswar jurisdiction only.
